Philip Nguyen(Founder,Entention Social OÜ )
Business Overview: en (en.social) is building the judgment infrastructure for founders. Our name comes from 縁 (en), the Japanese concept of invisible threads that connect people through meaningful encounters. en transforms those threads into structured peer calibration circles where founders calibrate decisions together. In the age of AI, the bottleneck in building is no longer execution, but judgment. en brings founders into small, carefully curated peer circles where they work through real challenges, sharpen their thinking, and move forward with greater clarity and conviction. For accelerators and startup ecosystems, en builds the horizontal peer layer that complements existing mentorship and vertical support.
Profile: Philip Nguyen is the founder of en (en.social / 縁), building judgment infrastructure for early-stage founders. Originally from California, he holds a PhD from Kyoto University and is a 4x founder who has built startups and taught entrepreneurship across Japan. He now focuses on creating structured peer calibration circles where founders at the same stage navigate real challenges together. Most founders have mentors, investors, and advisors. What's missing is the peer layer. en is building that layer.
